How it works
People in charge. Data kept close.
-
People stay in charge
- Five decisions always go to a person
- Supervised, Auto or YOLO, area by area
- 60-second undo on low-risk sends
- Loosening a mode needs a second factor
-
Your data
- Stored and processed in the UK, with named exceptions in the privacy policy
- Hire Space never receives your email, messages or calls.
- Pooled figures only across at least 6 unrelated venues, never identifying anyone
-
Calls
- The agent says it’s AI and that the call is recorded
- Recordings sealed with your organisation’s key in London
- Kept until 90 days after the event, at most 24 months
- A call where a card number is read out keeps no recording
-
Access and payments
- No staff access by default
- Support access is time-limited, logged and granted by you
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft
- Card details only on Stripe’s pages
Read the privacy policy and data processing terms. Both are drafts and not yet in force.
FAQ
Questions IT leads and trustees ask
Does Hire Space see our clients’ details?
Hire Space never receives your email, messages or calls. Hire Space may read your spaces, capacities, rates and availability, without any client’s identity.
Is our data used for pooled rates?
Yes, in aggregate only. Pooled figures always combine at least 6 unrelated venue businesses and never identify you, your clients or your staff. Names, contact details, message text and dietary or access details are never included.
Which certifications does inhand hold?
None yet, so none are claimed. Certifications are on the roadmap.
Where are the privacy policy and data processing terms?
Both are drafts and not yet in force. They are published here as drafts so you can read them.
