About inhand is made by Hire Space.
The best events manager you’ve ever worked with: first back to every enquiry, never loses a hold, chases without being pushy and leaves you a note of what they did.
inhand, by Hire Space, is AI-native venue management software for UK event venues. It connects to Gmail or Outlook in one click, sets itself up from the venue’s own mail and drafts a reply to every enquiry in the venue’s own thread. It also runs the diary and holds, proposals, payments and calls. Drafting is free; AI agents are a paid upgrade.
Why we built it
Venue teams run on an inbox, a spreadsheet and a diary. inhand works inside the inbox, so good bookings stop slipping through the gaps.
How Hire Space fits in
Hire Space sends enquiries that fit your dates and rates. inhand is free to draft, and Hire Space takes commission only on the bookings it sends you.
What we won’t do
Invent a rate. Act outside your limits. Run the show-round. Show your clients our name.
