Yes. One organisation can hold many venues, grouped by brand where it helps, with roles and permissions set per venue.

### Does inhand hold Cyber Essentials Plus?

Not yet. Cyber Essentials Plus is a target for public-sector venues, so inhand does not claim it today.

### Can we connect departmental shared mailboxes?

Yes. Shared mailboxes such as conferences@ connect on Microsoft 365 and Google, and an “Ask your IT admin” kit handles consent.

### How is the use of AI disclosed?

The phone agent says it is an AI assistant in its first sentence, and every email inhand drafts or sends carries a machine-readable AI mark.

### Where is university data stored?

Customer content is stored and processed in the UK, apart from a short list of named services set out in the privacy policy.

### Who can see what?

Each person sees what their role allows at each venue. No Hire Space staff can access your account unless you grant time-limited, logged access.
