# Agents and modes: Team members, your rules.

**AI agents for event venues.** Hire agents for triage, new business, existing bookings, outreach and accounts. Each works within the limits you set.

**What it does:** Agents act within limits you set: Supervised, Auto or YOLO. Agents and modes is part of inhand, AI-native venue management software for UK event venues.

Drafting and the system are free. Agents are a paid upgrade, licensed per venue. No commission on your own leads.

## How it works

1. **Pick a job.** Triage, New business, Existing bookings, BD or Accounts.
2. **Set its limits.** Fill in its “What I may do” box.
3. **Choose a mode.** Supervised, Auto or YOLO, area by area.
4. **Review its work.** Every action has reasons and a 60-second undo.

## Your controls

- Supervised: a person ticks everything.
- Auto (the default): low-risk sends after a 60-second undo; the rest waits.
- YOLO: everything in the “What I may do” box.
- Five decisions always come to a person, in every mode.

### What is an agent?

An AI team member with its own seat, name and sign-off, working within the limits you set. It acts under its own identity, never a person’s login.

### What always comes to a person?

Complaints and disputes, money back, changes to a confirmed booking, fraud and security, and legal duties.

### Can we stop an agent?

Yes, at once. Loosening a mode needs a second factor, and every action is logged with its reasons.
